tuna salad
Drain the canned tuna. We prefer using tuna in oil, but canned tuna in water will work great, too. Finely chop the celery, onion, gherkin, and parsley. Add them to a bowl, along with pickle juice, paprika powder, cayenne pepper, Greek yogurt, mayo, mustard, and tuna. Using a fork, combine the ingredients to get an even, combined mixture. Season with lemon zest and lemon juice and set aside until needed.

Divide tuna salad between 4 bread rolls. Add the lettuce and serve.
